Fantastic pizza, a true Italian pizza artisan. Wood fired and a dough that is so true to its heritage – a lengthy leavening time, literally over a week, resulting in that perfect slightly chewy and flavoursome crust. Great to see someone that not only deeply cares about, but also implicitly understands, the craft of pizza making. Pasta was spot on as well. The fettuccine boscaiola was perfect in the traditional of that real Italian home cooked style. Great stuff, really nice service and will be back.
