Got the food delivered (bowl dish) and had no serviettes, spoons or forks/chopsticks at all. Also no miso soup either which is included in the menu. Called the cafe and was told they cannot do anything. They said its our fault we didnt specifically asked for cutleries (for food delivery) and I heard them talking amongst each other in the background that its our fault. I was told to throw the food into the bin and complain to uber eats and they hung up on us before we said anything. Yes after waiting all that time go back to ground zero. We had to drive out and buy cutleries as we were moving and had nothing. Thanks Sori Cafe for poor service and no manners.
Service can be slow even when place is not busy. However, food is good and seasoned well. Location is good for train spotting and people watching as its right in front of the station. If youre not in a hurry, this is a good option. Note that free side dishes only come with main-sized meals. If you order the small sized karaage, it wont come with the side dishes nor rice. A bit expensive for the serving size, particularly the mains.
