absolutely disgusting, bread tasted stale, went mouldy 2 days after I brought it, wouldnt expect that for a $10 loaf of bread. The cakes look like theyve been sitting there for days, yuck!
I have coeliac disease, diagnosed 25 years ago. I have tried most of the bakery products available at this bakery. Neanish Tarts – somewhat tasteless, not enough jam, all you get is a mouthful of sugar. Ravioli – again tasteless, disintegrates when cooked even to aldente. Donuts – very yeasty so they taste sour. Apricot danish – beautiful, can taste the fruit and the custard. Vanilla slice – overwhelming taste of sugar but the custard is well made as is the pastry. I hope they read this feedback and taste their food and adjust their recipes. The food is good but could be much better.
