Coffee and food are fine but service is very poor. One member of staff (who I assume must be the owner) is very rude, he makes no eye contact or conversation with customers, barely said two words to me the whole time I was there, and he was one the serving me. Bad body language and clearly has no understanding os good customer service. Seems to be very entitled and bad mouthes the other cafes in Willsmere from the first day they opened. Not a good look for a new cafe in a tight knit area. However the rest of the staff seem to be quite friendly.
A nice new bakery-cafe in northern Kew, near Willsmere and Earl Roads junction. Serves great coffee, with a smile! Their toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches are pretty good, too!

Glad I found this little gem and their house made delicious fare, divine cinnamon doughnuts and strawberry jam doughnuts, plus great variety of breads, i got the dark rye which is really good, look forward to trying the pumpkin and grain styles next time. Also looked like really yummy bacon & egg burger rolls, and will definitely try their Bahn Mi which looked very authentic, oh and the coffee was very good, made with love by the young barista, who seemed passionate about his art of coffee making. Will be back to try some of the cakes and slices and bites, the Xmas mince mini tarts looked divine! I could’ve gone crazy and bought one of everything, alas I shall return asap!
