Although Parkmore has renovation and expansion proposed in place, currently it is very limited to dining options. Three Red Stripes attempts to bring Vietnamese to the area that has the local community and demographics to match it’s taste. The dishes are lighter in flavour compared to nearby suburbs competitors, portions are decent but common for the price. Meat toppings seem a bit light but dishes arrive quickly. The ambiance imitate a modern street store but customers as a quick eat area, staff were efficient but depending on seating, part is exposed to the hallways of the shopping centre. Overall, it’s an average place to dine for a quick bite.
A nice Vietnamese place in the heart of Keysborough located in Parkmore shopping centre. The really needed a nice place like this to come about. Had the fried chicken and red rice was quite nice, the chicken was cooked well and quite crunchy for my liking, however the service was slow for me and not much of an appetizing salad.
