Terrible customer service. Sadly we used to be regulars but there are better places we can go who won’t ignore us.Today after being greeted by 2 waiters they didn’t serve or give us menus after sitting us down, we waited 20 minutes, while 5 waiters cleaned and chatted to each other and drank coffee behind the bar too busy socialising to do their job.One waiter who greeted us when we entered, later looked at us but cleared a table instead of serving us and another waitress noticed us but continued to wrap cutlery, so we left. I’ve heard many similar stories like this from here, no wonder it wasn’t busy, not wasting my time there again.

Horrible and expensive breakfast. Had breakfast here on our way through town and we were bitterly dissapointed. Hollandaise sauce from a carton, cold, undercooked poached eggs, spinach was also cold and with thick stems still attached, caramelised onion was flavourless and also cold. The only decent part of our breakfast was the toast. Will not be back.
Waited a while before we were seated, there is no table service outside (choose a table, look through the menu, order at the counter and take a table number). Food came out quickly, but cutlery was placed in a pile on the table in front of us, AFTER the food was placed on the table. My mum also accidentally knocked her iced coffee over, I cleaned up the mess, and was told if she wanted another that I would have to pay for it! What cheek!!A poor, poor experience!
