  This place has an awesome vibe. The ordering is a bit awkward, you line up and order via the beeper method, and its awkward because you line up between tables of people who are eating, the layout could be better. The option to eat outside in the covered area next to the outside bar is pretty neat, ate here on a Friday and theres a good mix of people having thier predrinks before clubbing and families who are out for dinner together. The Dj may need a bit of an upgrade, but having such a mixed crowd of people, the music selection could have been more appealing rather than niche techno/dance tracks that didn’t really fit in. The food was presented well with great portion size. Nothing too amazing with taste, but good enough for a lazy Friday where the food is only a dinner meal before heading out somewhere else. Used the courtesy bus as some of our group were drinking, and this was a great addition, being able to drop you anywhere within shepparton. One bus ride (van) was able to drop a few of our group home and the others to a nightclub in the shepparton town area. Overall, great experience. Alot of good things going for it, but not something super amazing. Keep up the great work.

  Is it to much to ask to have soap in the bathroom. Went to males toilet and found empty soap dispenser after speaking to my wife she said their soap dispenser was empty also. I informed staff and was just told they can’t do it!!! Disappointing!!!!!!

  Peppermill inn always has a good range of food on the menu. Being a vegetarian I chose the pumpkin salad. It was delicious with a great range of salad vegetables in it. It was a great size and very filling.

  Went to the peps last night this has gone down hill. I had the steak with chips and salad and mushroom sauce the sauce was horrible so much gravy and a few mushrooms, the chips are the worst I have had and the salad if that’s what you call it was a few lettuce leaves with one quarter of a tomato. The other meals fish was dry calamari with a crap salad weren’t nice at all. All in all I would not go back to the Pepps a place we use to love as a family I think they need Gordon Ramsey to come and sort out this place. I would recommend the Aussie for a good value family pub meal in Shepparton.

  What Happened? Peppermill is a great place for a drink ( as the adults say! ) There is a kids’ play room with a jumping castle and a Xbox . But let’s get on with the food, very basic some nights. One night we went there for my birthday . My dad ordered a steak, I think he asked for medium rare , and he got cooked, like cooked. My sister usually order chips and chicken nuggets ( as usual :/ ) and the chips are somewhat dry ?! My Nan and I ordered a parmi , and the chicken snitzel ( lol ) was bland and dry . Time for ordering , you have to go up to the counter and order, they don’t give it to you, you have to go and get it :/ when there is 8 people it is a bit hard. The Peppermill is more of a bar / pub . Not a restaurant as such.
