Great thick chips – crunchy on outside, yet juicy and soft on the inside. A great local fish and chip joint. Would also recommend going to buy some Beerenberg hot chip sauce from the local IGA for the perfect experience.
They have cornjacks!! Very nice ones. If you want a cornjack, you know you will get a good one here. Others don’t have cornjacks like this. And the grilled fish was great. Highly recommended.
I ordered a burger with no bread just 2 patties and some lettuce and a piece of cheese, yesterday day I get charged $5.80 and today the owner wanted to charge me for 2 burgers costing me $10.00. He was rude and made out that it did not happen. Not somewhere I will ever be going back to.
Chicken burger tasted like it came from a school canteen. (Not good) potato cakes were thick and cluggy. Chips were decent. Flake rating 8/10
