Piper street food co – cooking class. Attended mushroom cooking class today (30/4). the purpose-built classroom is well laid out and classes small enough for everyone to be hands-on if necessary. class today was brilliant. variety of mushrooms were displayed and their cooking methods explained. wonderful lesson on pickling mushrooms and making mushroom parfait. tasted brilliant. demonstration of sautéed mushrooms with shallots which were offered for lunch with freshly baked brioche. absolutely wonderful to taste. a wonderful and stimulating experience.
