  Great sports bar to get cheap drinks and food. Signed up to be a member and got $5 scooners, as well as 1 to 2 dollars off food.The bistro has western and asian. I noticed most of the chef’s were asian so I decided to get the char keow teow.My wife got the grilled blue grenadier. Both meals were very good. Tasty fish with nice seasoning on the chips. The asian meal was great! Nice flavours and a good portion. Had a bit of a smoky wok flavour which I like.Would recommend.

  Waited an hour hour for food- including kids meals which came out with adult meals. Paid $40 for steak with veg- veg was literally peas and carrot. Wouldn’t return

  sorry, but the food here is terrible. Until going here, I thought it was impossible to have an inedible chicken parma. My wife had the roast of the day, which was flavourless and looked like processed meet.  Far better dining options in Lakes Entrance.  On the bright side the set-up of the venue is not too bad, looks like it would be a nice place to go for a beer – just eat elsewhere!

  Avoid this place. Went here as it was the only place in town available and I had been here years ago and was very delighted with my time there on my previous visit, However it appears that the place has gone significantly down hill from here. The atmosphere was very dark like somebody had tinted all the lights and The service was shocking as the other people we were sharing the table with got there food over half an hour before we did, It is worth noting that they ordered off the Asian menu and we ordered off the western menu, you would assume however that the communication between the two kitchens would be better as they are side by side. By the time our food eventually came the people we were sharing the table with had had already finished eating and by the time the food did eventually arrived they had got our side dishes wrong. However we ate our orders as we didn’t want to wait another half an hour for our food, Overall the western menu was significantly better, though the dishes on the western menu were very basic and very hard to get wrong, they tasted like your average pub meal, though maybe with a bit too much salt. The Asian menu however was bland and nearly tasteless so I would suggest avoiding the Asian menu And if you insist on coming here and order off the western menu be prepared to wait extended amounts of time for your meal.
