While the breakfast was delicious, we had a 50 minute wait. Orders were wrong, we didn’t even bother saying anything.People walking out in frustration over waiting.Young girl clearly could not be bothered working! Tables not cleaned for the hour and a half we were there.Next time I’m in Lakes Entrance, will definitely not be returning.
Some what disappointed.. When I walked in to view the options on display we were greeted by a lovely middle aged lady who was extremely friendly. My family were talking our time making a choice and stood back to let another customer be served. On making our decision we were served by another staff member (young lady)who was obviously not interested in providing a quality of service. The Coffee (latte) was watery and the milk was obviously over heated. The rolling of the eyes when my partner passed a knife over the counter after using it to cut a mud cake in half so to share with my young daughter of 8 years made us both decide we will not be back.We wish we had the original middle aged lady serving as she clearly cared for the business.
