Coffee time!I popped into Aspy for a sit down coffee with mum and Miss One. It had a nice atmosphere and staff were very friendly. It was a quite time to come and our coffee promptly arrived at our table. The coffee (cappuccino to be precise), was hot and a good strength.It’s a kid friendly place and they do have an outside area to sit but do have a ‘beware of snakes’ kind of sign on the door so best to sit inside on hot days, me thinks.Didn’t try the food but the food that was cooking smelled delicious. Although I noticed prices were a bit expensive, maybe I’ll save breakfast for a date with hubby.Overall happy with our coffee stop and ready to continue the day.
My husband and I dropped in for a quick lunch today and were a little sceptical due to reading some mixed reviews but I must say we were very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a smile and we didn’t have to wait long at all for our food and coffee. The coffee was nice and the food was delicious! I ordered the beef pie with a side of salad which I couldn’t fault and my husband ordered the chicken burger which he really enjoyed. Maybe a little bit pricey but we left feeling very satisfied.

We both got burgers. Mine the aspy burger & there’s was the aspy vegan burger. We also got the vegan nachos to try. Plus I got a honeycomb milkshake which was delicious as it tasted like I was drinking honeycomb icecream. The burger was delicious as well. So juicy & flavoursome. I was quite shocked with the vegan nachos as I wasn’t expecting much from it. But it blew my mind. I loved them, they were delicious! They tasted different to the normal nachos of course but still it was heavenly.
