Service here is good and the owner is a really friendly & polite guy who cares about his business. They do a great egg & bacon sanga at breakfast. At lunch the best thing isn’t on the listed menu! As other posters here have said, the roast pork roll with crackling is crazy good – on par with the best Vietnamese rolls you can get in Sunshine & Footscray. The other Vietnamese roll options are ok.

Definitely the best cafe in the area.
Best Vietnamese rolls ever! Attention is great! I work across the road Lottie’s is a must at least 1 lunch every working week. My favourites are the rolls with Vietnamese salads and roast pork, bbq pork, cold pork… they are all amazing!!!
