Absolutely love this restaurant. Dined here multiple times during my work shifts in Laverton North. Fabulous food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. The cool shade outside provided a superb resting opportunity.
Ordered a big breakfast from this place the other day – what great value for money! Most places when they advertise a big breakfast don’t actually offer a big breakfast, this one though was great. Serves of bacon, egg, toast, tomato and baked beans.
The food is disgusting and they obviously don’t know how to make good food! I had a tandoori chicken wrap and it was BLAND!WATERY!just DISGUSTING!!! They staff asked me if I want it to be cut in half and I said pls do. But they couldn’t be bothered to wrap them separately and the water the souce was all over the place when I opened it. Will never go back to this place. They staff was relatively friendly but the way the run the diner is just WRONG!b!
Max’s is the best place to eat in the area. In particular the salad bar and coffee are favourites ! The staff are very friendly and do a good job to cater for the huge amount of lunchtime traffic they get through the door !
Adequate. Just had half a plate of entirely adequate beef and black bean, a small piece of chicken and half a plate of burned steamed vegetables for a bee’s dick under twenty bucks. To her credit, the waitress was unfazed by my criticism.
The GOOD reviews are true. Only recently coming to the area for work and most people talked about this place as the only decent place to eat
there are a few good ones but id say this is the best in Laverton north for choice. and i’m only down the road.
Full inviting salad bar and good coffee and quality chef prepared meals, only thing is don’t come too late as the hot offering disappear quick they are that tasty!!! i made that mistake a few times.
now my daily morning stop for coffee ,snack and grabbing lunch to beat the queues .
Great coffee Great service. I’ve been going to Max’s for just over a year now and have always been welcomed with a smile and good service , I noticed last week they had a new chef that is doing really tasty meals and fresh new varieties of salads , the coffee is always great and consistent and staff who serve me very pleasant
Overall a winner for the area
