Leongatha McDonalds is not the best place to eat, every single time we go in there, we are escorted to the self serve by a staff member, she puts in the order and then walks to the register to proceed, this is turning many older people to walk out the door ,and as someone said if it is selfserve only put a sign on the door. The place is filthy, and everytime I order our coffee I tell them more than once I am eating in and wish for my coffee to be in a china cup not take away, not once in the last 10 times has my coffee been brought to me in a china cup, she went and tipped it into a mug, I said to the girl serving 4/3/19 at 11.56am excause me I ordered my coffee to drink here and asked for it to be in a china cup, asked if it is on the order docket she turned shrugged her shoulders and waved both arms in the air and walked away, this is shocking disrespect to customers, on the way out I pulled the lady up that served me and told her what had happened, she was very nice about it and said we are all busy, and she is under the pump, said that is no need to be rude. She advised me to go on line and put this letter in so here I am, if I do go back into the store at all I will be asking for the Manager as he or she is not doing his job either, the tables should be cleaned as they clear them, and the customer should be treated with respect.  Carmen
Fairly small McDonald for this regional town. Had a quick dinner there before returning back to Melbourne and was disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. The aircon was not working too well and air was stuffy inside so decided to eat outside. It was a mess outside with uncleared rubbish on the floor and the bins full to the brim. In fact even the mins inside was full to the brim. Lots of staff around but none seems bothered to clear the bins or the place!!! Very disappointed with this place.
