your food is the definition of cancer you should be shutting this place down. I excepted better from this fast food joint but oh well, this place must be shut down.
I was sick after eating here – proprietor took money then handled food – no sanitizing or washing hands. New staff who started at 5pm came straight into food prep without washing their hands. The guy out his whole hand inside the bag – no washed hands and no tongs. The girl touched both her hair and her nose then food…… the guy picked up my scallops with bare hands- after hed just started no hands washing and again hair touching etc. I had diarrhea that night – would never eat here again.
Usually go somewhere else but thought we would try Captain Ks as it is closer. Fish was soggy as were chips, asked for chicken salt got no salt at all, potato cakes were missing batter on one side and undercooked. Terrible
Over cooked food. Poor Service. Dirty Shop. Needs reporting to the Health Inspector. Avoid at all cost. The management is arrogant and rude. The shop has gone downhill over the past few years. Really low standard.
Authentic Australian fish n’ chips. Loved the shrimp and the scallop. Simple, tasty, nutritious. Good value for your money too. Will definitely keep eating there.
Terrible. We waited a very long time for our grilled fish while our hamburgers waited in the warmer (about 20mins). Also a customer prior to us ordered fried dim sims to be given steamed with his hamburger and once he left the staff joked about it. We will not return again.
They look good, I’d really want to try it some day, I guess whenever I visit there I’m hitting you guys 😀 I just hope it’s all good when I come :p
