Unhappy customer. I visited there today and had the worst customer service from one of the girls. I ordered a take away cappuccino while my grandmother order a black tea, as well as a few other things. When the items were bought to our table, I was given a take away tea and my grandmother was given tea with milk (the milk was seperate so no issue there). I said to the girl that I ordered a cappuccino, not a tea and she took it back, at this point I was happy to pay the difference between a tea and cappuccino, however the girl that originally took my order came over and say very rudely that I had in fact ordered a tea with milk. I told her that I didn’t and she took it away saying very rudely once again that she would change it this time! When she bought the cappuccino to the table she just put it down and said here’s your cappuccino, no apology, it was as if she had done me the favour of my business. Very confident to say that I will not be visiting that michels again. One very unsatisfied customer!

In the short time I have worked in the lilydale market shopping centre I have found the staff at Michel’s very friendly and already know my name. As I have tried all the coffee dispencers in the market Michel’s coffee has the best tastv. It’s smooth on the palat and no bitter after tase also the temperature is just so that one can drink the coffee straight away. Also no cardboard cup tase 10 out of 10 thank you
