Your beer is good, but your Roast Roll was absolutely abysmal, it literally made me sad eating it. I didn’t expect much but I expected a bit more. Fine tune that roll or take it off the menu. I’ll still be back for beers but won’t be eating that thing ever again.

Great meals. We had the porterhouse steak and the mixed grill. The meals were really great. The mixed grill was a very large size. Top marks for both meals in taste and perfectly cooked.staff are very friendly and attentive.

I came here on Parma night with two friends. Between us we had the Aussie Parma, Swiss Parma and Italian Parma. Service and timing were good, but the chicken wasn’t piping hot – it was rather lukewarm, so we were a bit disappointed with that. Otherwise our meals tasted good, just could have been hotter.

Dined here for lunch on the weekend. The garlic bread was delicious however we ordered with cheese and bacon and it came without this. We ordered a chicken Parma and club sandwich for mains. The Parma was oily and unsatisfying however the salad and chips were ok. The club sandwich was also hard to eat due to the size of the bread and the filling came out however it was ok. Also ordered a side of onion rings which were the best part.

Recently went here with a few friends for a meal in the bistro.

I ordered the lamb risotto, and my friends all had chicken parmas. The meals took over 90 minutes to come out, and it wasn’t even very busy. When my risotto finally came, it was simply rice with way too much oil and some vegetables mixed in, and strips of lamb steak overcooked and laid across the top of the rice. I was not impressed. It was incredibly bland and the meat was tough.

The parmas also left a lot to be desired.

Went here with 3 friends Sunday 1 May. Had a great Parma with avocado, sour cream etc. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

    Certainly would go back

Nice pub. Nice food. Not too expensive either.

$30 for a nicely done porterhouse with trimmings. I’ve paid $50 for a plate like this elsewhere.

Staff are friendly without being overbearing.

    Recommended.
