Take away only bakery option at the edge of town. Lots of prepared rolls and toasties waiting under glass and refrigeration to be bought and consumed. Abundant outside seating available under large umbrellas. If it’s early and no cars are parked you’ll get a sea view. My coffee was ok but essentially unmemorable. The staff member who served me was efficient and what I’d call semi pleasant. It was a nice experience sitting outside here on a beautiful sunny morning. An ok place that has room to improve.

My partner has a house up in lorne and every time we come here I have to have a pie. I don’t like the chunks in them because I’ve never liked chunky pies so to the people saying they only have 1 or none my hot pointer finger disagrees as I usually pull 4-5 out. Sometimes I get sad because they run out of pies early arvo and we usually sleep in and are hungry 2.30-3 but I have just finished one off 🙂
My partner and I went here for a lunch, got 2 pies one chunky steak and the other was chicken & vegetable. Both were really delicious, we can easily tell why they are award winning pies! If we are down in Lorne again we would definitely come back.
