Pancake binge continues.. and this one was a very pleasant surprise especially for the eyes. We know we eat with our eyes and Bamboo Bean has played to that strength. Simple pancakes that I couldve made at home but dressed with small blobs of ricotta cheese, berry coulis, fair floss and hundreds and thousands. Simple done brilliantly.

Add on some truffle fries (portions are huge!!!) and strap yourself in for a food coma.
