K: A quick stop here before my exams, I was pleased to find this pocket of an outlet at Caulfield Monash University. With value offering $2.70 on all sushi rolls, I went ahead and ordered 2 salmons and 2 spicy salmons alike- here is what I thought.
At first you will notice how packed with salmon the rolls are. Upon taking a bite I realised that although the roll was well ratio with salmon throughout, there seems to be more at the top. This thought struck me as a genius plan adopted by many other restaurants to give the illusion of quantity, however that aside the salmon was still plentiful and left me full and satisfied. The rolls lacked a mayo punch like Sushi Sushi for instance however the spicy salmon was the highlight. The spicy mayonnaise used was very different in a good way, offering a unique spice and taste that added to the rolls.
Overall a decent quality sushi outlet at good prices considering it is at a University.

Best place to get a bite from at Monash University Caulfield! The sushi tastes very fresh and uses moderate quality fish! I go to Koji Sushi on a weekly basis and I would say that the spicy salmon nigiri is my favourite sushi !
