For food court standard food this is quite ok.
The chicken and prawn spring rolls are very nice to have. Crunchy and delicious
Vermicelli is cooked really well
The 2 stars gone is due to the sauce being totally and absolutely inadequate
Because the sauce is so inadequate so the noodle itself was very dry and additional of one tablespoon of sauce cause 50c.
I would say the adequate amount of sauce would be at least 1.5 of the amount given.
It takes quite a long time for the food to be served. I have went to target, bought a few things, came out and the food is still not ready.
Didnt look very appealing. Especially the display of rice paper rolls. As they only had a few on display. And didnt look very busy.. as its in the food court and there are crowds of people everywhere. But I felt like vietnamese so I ordered the pork bun. Pork was really nice and soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Very decent meat portion. I was surprised. Big chunks though and with the bone so a bit hard to eat around the bone with chopsticks. Salad wasnt super fresh. And the noodles were over cooked. And the dressing wasnt spectacular. Below average for chadstone food court standards imo.

Ive tried way better pho before and this was not good. It was edible and it wasnt bad but just not delicious.
Veggie avocado rice paper rolls were good and normal and came with free dipping sauce.
I will probably not get pho from them again unless Im craving it and I have no other places to go to.
Got a quick spring roll on the go. This isn’t a filling option, yet healthy and satisfying for a quick snack. They do have some noodle options which I shall definitely give a shot the next time.
Not as bad as I thought, as I had the Rice paper rolls. Maybe I had them fresh as the person was making them. If the rice paper rolls are there for a while, u will expect the skin to crack. The noodle tasted quite good.
I guess you get what you pay for, came past here and grabbed 2 chicken Vietnamese rolls and I was quite disappointed….my wrap had a split in it, not only that only 1 piece of chicken in each and filled with too many lettuce leaves, just tasted very odd. I prefer my Vietnamese rolls at Roll’d and pay a bit more for better quality.
