Specialising in wagyu bowls, Omi raises the bar when it comes to shopping centre dining. Stopping by for lunch at the recently reopened Chadstone outlet we ordered the signature wagyu bowl and curry laksa udon.
The wagyu was cooked to perfection, it was tender and full of flavour. I love that the signature wagyu bowl included a 63 degree egg, it combined well with all the other components of the bowl. If rice isnt youre thing theyve now expanded the menu to include some udon dishes, the curry laksa udon was like a creamy stir fry and worked well with the wagyu.
Overall I really enjoyed the food at Omi and give them out of 5. I recommend that you check them out.
Omi has been my restaurant to go ever since they opened in Melbourne. I was really stoked when I heard they’re opening one in Chaddie. I love the expanded menu, especially with different options of udon noodles. The price is a couple dollar more expensive than in The Glen but the taste is consistently good! Would definitely recommend!
