This used to be a very good food court option. Im not sure if there are new owners but in the last year its become 100% different. The pasta is VERY overcooked and has almost no sauce on it. Dreadful, so far below average for how it used to be so nice. I got a pasta penne there(the downstairs one at chadstone) and it was falling apart it was so overcooked and there was barely any sauce it was so so dry and tasteless. Never again.they are obviously trying to cut costs. Id say this place will be suffering as the food standard is now inedible.
Extremely poor service! We were not aware that the inside seats were not available, so we sat down. Staff with spectacles came over and told us to move to outside seats!?! We’ve already settled down with our pizzas! Pizza tastes very poor. Hard and salty.
Staff always appear to be in a bad mood. Every time I’ve had the pasta it lacks flavour, always seems to need salt as it is bland. Used to order the Rozzi’s pizza however it has gone downhill and the service has really put me off.
Quality had dropped significantly recently. The pizza was just too plain and we took some takeaways as the staff looked too tired. Food seems to be cooked in large quantity without care .
