Nice sushi train experience in ChadstoneI enjoyed the brightness inside the restaurant. It is bustling heaps because of how busy it is, as well as all of the hustle in the kitchen, and the moving sushi train. I like how there are tablets so you can order dishes fresh, especially deep fried dishes such as tempura. It feels like there isn’t a privacy at the sushi train, because of how close you’re sitting to the next person.Sushi is yummy. My favourites are the salmon nigiri, charred salmon nigiri, tempura nigiri & vegetable nigiri. All of the dishes have a lot of flavour. There is a good variety on the sushi train but I usually ordered off the tabletThe service is polite, but the restaurant is too small for the number of seats at the sushi train. It was difficult for servers to reach us because we were sitting so far into the crowd. Took a while to get some of the dishes we ordered off the tablet as well.
I was craving some Sashimi so we headed into Sushi Jiro to fix this. It was dinner time so it was quite busy but we manage to get a seat within 10 minutes. We didn’t sit directly in front of the train but nonetheless, we had a great experience.I had about 3 small servings of Sashimi. They were all very fresh and the cuts were quite thick, which was amazing! I also had about the same amount of Unagi Nigiri, which is another favourite of mine. Usually, other sushi trains don’t have much Unagi but this one had plenty! I turned so many plates away!On top of all this, I love how affordable this place wass. Definitely coming back for more and hopefully will be able to sit directly in front of the train!

Highly recommend.Wide selection of sushi for fish and non fish lovers! The spicy chicken katsu roll was amazing!
