  Nothing beats a Cantonese hotpot on a cold winter night. Been here several times, love the tender chicken hotpot and Beef congee (a bit too much msg, though). Nice homy food!

  Terrible. Low quality food, bad bad standard. And the price is not even cheap for this quality! Came here twice and both times equally horrible. I dont mean to be rude to your family business but you will get to know my frustration after reading my comment.

  First time I came here ordering pork bbq rice. Their pork had red colouring and just felt so fake. I could still remember the pork was lesser than rice that in the end I had to eat the rice with cheap wom bok vegetable u serve with starch. I was actually really hungry, and had no choice to eat everything on the plate. Horrible experience.

  Second time, I was again had no choice to eat at this place because it was closest to where I stayed. I ordered duck with rice.
  The duck looked like pieces of leftover for dogs and I even asked the little girl who served me, what is it part ? She said its duck! I was furious and thought why did they served me neck, butt and where is the meat?! She said this is what they served when customers ordered duck.
  Is this your way for treating your customers ?!

  I just ate whatever meat I could dig out from the scrap her parents prepared and I couldnt even finish my rice because I really had it with this place.
  Please. If you want to open up a restaurant and serve good quality food, at least look at your customers face and see if they are happy. If they are not, please serve them your best dish and dont recommend something you cant cook!
  You could clearly see I was so upset with your service and your food! And you stood there doing nothing even after I told you what is this that you just served me? Stop ignoring your customers. They are important and they can bring you higher !

  This is a picture below, from a restaurant in South Yarra. Pacific BBQ house. U should seriously compare yourself to good restaurants like them because yours is nowhere close !
  And dont try to say your customers are rude and try to act like another loyal customer. You think we dont know you are replying to all the negative comments we give ? Accept it and learn from it. Thats how u strive to serve better food and not scam/cheat us students our money!

  Please dont forget, we are customers that deserve respect because we put money on your table and expect a certain standard.

  You are a family business. Grow up and own your mistakes if you want to really get better. Otherwise, youll never get better and you will eventually have no customers in the end.

  Good luck. Stop cheating students money by giving bad quality food. I hope you improve.
