Came here for my fresh fish and also had today some lovely tuna sashimi. I find that the food is caught and brought here and the fish seems to have a good turnover and seems to be very fresh. Recommend to try.

Excellent customer service. Love the japanese girl with head bang- so calm so gentle. I would recommend Blu Fin- way better than the store next door
Better than sushi sushi next door. The staff will make sushi fresh to order if you have a preference (ie no mayo) and you can see them preparing everything behind the clear glass so you know they aren’t doing anything dodgy like giving less protein in your sushi.
Great for people working around the area, especially when Malvern Central predominantly consist of Cafes with the usual boring sandwiches.

The best Sushi & Seafood in Melbourne!!. I’ve been a regular to Blufin for the last five years and have always enjoyed the sushi & sashimi as well as the freshest seafood they have on display.
I have recommended many people who agree with me. Try it!!! John
