WOW! They have so many different choices, unlike other sushi shops. They even beautifully made Poke Bowls. Customer Service is spot on, and very friendly. I will add pics soon as I’m working but the Sushi was amazing.Avocado/Tempura Potato and Rice Sushi with a Japanese Mayo wasn’t dry at all. Made extremely well and displayed nicely.The other sushi was completely vegetarian. I was concerned by the fried bits as garnish in case it was fried fish skin or whatever they put on meat dishes. But this was all Vegetarian. It had a nice sesame dressing on it which was a great touch.I also bought a Tofu Poke bowl for later with Soba Noodles instead of Quinoa.Definitely coming back to dine in.
