Very poor customer service especially in gaming room , barmaid Anu is extremely rude without cause & in front bar staff are more interested in watching sport on Tv than doing their job and serving customers! Place is dirty & tiles putrid ! Seems hygiene is not a high priority at this place ! Poorly run by management , who seem not to care at all about quality or customer service . I give it no stars !
A great pub. Had a very good experience here. Very friendly service. The garlic bread and balsamic sauce were spot on. We had a couple of the parma options from a great variety on a parma night that were astoundingly cheap for what we received. Hearty meals that were nothing less than what you’d expect from a good ol pub.
