I went for my birthday with friends, they forgot to put my order through-and didnt notice for over an hour we had no food. Once we asked where the pizza was, they scrambled madly to then come back and apologise they had forgotten to put the order through, no offer was made for some bread, nibbles, or drinks in the meantime, but it would be no more than 10 minutes longer to wait.
20 minutes later we asked again and complained as there were hungry pregnant women as guests to which we got the reply Im sorry – again no offer of compensation after what was now nearly 1.5 hours since we ordered.
The pizza once served was excellent, but following our main meal no one asked us if we wanted coffee or dessert – we had to yet again chase to get attention. Service seriously dreadful, and despite the unfortunate events no offer of any compensation until we asked for it when settling the bill.
My children and I came in for dinner last night and loved the pizza. When our pizzas were ready the waitress was busy so the pizza chef brought the food to our table and couldn’t have been more of a gentlemen to myself and my kids. Amazing pizza and great service. Will be back soon.
Not entirely sure what to think of this place. Their lasagne was $19 and all you got was lasagne – not even a little salad on the side or greenery garnish. Maybe it was that or maybe it was that I didn’t entirely enjoy it. The nutmeg flavour was a bit overpowering and unfortunately it wasn’t the lovely hearty homemade lasagne I was looking for. Will give it one more go and hope the pizza is good.
Dined on Sat 27-05-2017. Your cheap arse joint sucks, you guys thinking it’s HIGH end restaurant when it’s NOT, it’s only a Suburban hole. NEVER dining there ever again, due to a 1/4 glass of white wine pour, asking to fill correctly to 3/4 glass like every other place does, sent it back to be filled correctly by female staff, only to return with exactly the same 1/4 amount glass, I was disgusted to ask again. We also waited for 30mins to recieve our pizza, which was still raw dough and asked for mushrooms & anchovies on the pizza which we did not have the pleasure to enjoy, again too disgusted to ask why this happened. BTW, fish & chip paper on tables is SUCH a put off, no cloth on tables, again MORE disgusted. And to say that you guys are flat chat to make a booking not to be disappointed is INSANE! Your place has NO pull, like the one down the road called Mamma Mia! That place is ALWAYS swamped with Customers, we will be dining there in future where things are pleasant in all aspects as a Diner! Sadly, your place needs a BIG kick in the butt, if you guys want a successful business. Tip, LOSE your current staff, they are your problem of NOT being a Success!

After reading both of your reviews it’s clear why these type of review sites are unfairly biased towards ignorant or people with and agenda.
CHHAVI, I’ll comment on the lack of understanding you seem to have about restaurants and how we earn money to look after more people like you. I’ll pose a question…. would you prefer to eat off paper plates on the floor in the dark with no heating or aircon where you get up and clean the glasses for your cheap bottle of wine? Or would you like a waiter (good or bad waiter) to give you a fresh glass and pour your wine. See we have to make money some or even just a little to pay our rent, wages, utilities, the chairs, tables etc etc. I’m sure what ever job you do and I’ll guess you’re not a restaurant reviewer or even someone that has ever owned a restaurant, you or your boss charge for services or products you sell or deliver. It’s only a pity we can’t review you at your job hey.
TAZZ, really did you have to be so derogatory and racist towards the poor guy cooking the food, remembering it’s the lazy majority like you that won’t work hard, will expect to be paid more and are probably stealing because the boss owes you that won’t do these jobs. Did you think for a minute your Indian chef has had to learn to cook this cuisine and no doubt works 2 jobs to provide for his family while types like you sit and collect your dole payments. No need to be rude hey. BTW (by the way that is) learn to spell or spell check your reviews before posting your tripe.
Finally I’m not in anyway affiliated with the restaurant or have even been there, I’m just amazed at the reviews I see from people who have no idea about an industry that gives so much and is so easily criticised.
