Great place to go if you want quick cheap and reasonable quality food around here after your shopping. Best they do is the pan fried dumpling. But stay away from the soup noodle which i didnt like it.

My score 3.0 stars. J & I had a quick bite here yesterday before shopping. Very busy & we had to join a long queue to order. Felt pressured to order quickly once at the counter, so just got Boiled Vego dumplings (no V pan-frieds on menu) & a Spring onion pancake. Noticed that the Pan-fried pork dumplings were all pre-cooked & sitting in a Ban Marie (as well as curry puffs). Plenty of staff who were polite but distant, mainly delivering meals or clearing tables for the next customers – quite a DYI outlet (water in disposable cups/sauces/individual bowls, etc). Vego D’s were VERY thick skinned (which normally doesn’t bother me) & they were dry – none of the nice slippery feel you get from a freshly boiled dumpling. Filling was passable (one had split open). Also at $10.80 for 12 small so-so dumplings there is better value to be had elsewhere. S.O. pancake was ok, not a huge amount of greens in it & middle was a bit doughy. However it wasn’t overly salty or oily as they can often be. Overall an unmemorable experience…

Finally tried Dumplings Plus after passing it so many times, but never going in due to the long wait line. But I can definitely see why its so popular! The portions are huge, and its so worth the value! We got the pan fried handmade pork dumplings, and the Sichuan style fried rice with pork, and they were both pretty good! The dumplings were very generously sized, and so was the rice! And they dont skimp on the meat either! Will definitely be coming more often.

    3.5 out of 5.
It’s cheap and pretty quick if you just want dumplings. Service is ok, they don’t really offer you water when you sit down or anything, so it’s more like a food court style dine in instead of a restaurant. Even though it looks more like a restaurant.

Dumplings were nice. Not the best, but good for the price. Very gingery. So if you don’t like ginger, you may not enjoy them. Missus did like her chicken meal. Was order A1. Forgotten the name.

But if in a hurry and at highpoint, I would get more dumplings.

A great place to stop if you have a craving for dumplings while shopping. Pan fried pork dumplings are massive and juicy, full of flavour. The crispy pork noodle soup is good, the pork really tender with crispy skin. The servings are massive so be careful not to over order. Staff are friendly and it’s always nice to sit down. Lots of condiments at a little station in the restaurant for those looking for chili oil and vinegar.

Was in a rush so only had what was already prepared there. Had some bbq pork, siu mai dumplings and prawn dumplings. Taste is average and not really something I’d get again if I had more time.

Great for a delicious Chinese fix. Must get the dumplings and the roast beef roll is so tasty. The wrap is crunchy while the beef is moist inside with so much flavors. You can share 1 serve between two people! The fried duck here is surprisingly nice as well.
