Really enjoyed the experience. The place is pretty tight but seem to make good use of the space. Wait staff were excellent, very friendly, sense of humor and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the food. Yuzu cocktail was very tasty and the cosmo snuck up on us.
Dress is probably smart casual. It was very busy and did get quite loud.
The food was spot on. Tasty tasty stuff. The feta entree was really yummy. I had a taste of the truffle pasta, which had a nice balanced truffle flavor. The porterhouse steak medium rare could not have been cooked better and the dish overall would surely please any meat eater.
The only blemish, and minor at that would be that after deciding between the four desert options we were told, sorry we are out of those. We wondered if that was none before giving us the menu.
Will be going back to try some other dishes in future and would happily recommend to anyone who like good food. The fact you don’t have to go to the city or worry about parking is a huge plus.

Imbue is a local hidden gem with outstanding service and food. Its a small restaurant but the atmosphere is lovely and booking is highly recommended.

All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious and our favourite was their vegetarian eggplant pasta (special of the day).

    Would definitely be coming back.

    Outstanding service and food!
Definitely what the west needed, fine dining!
I recommend getting a lot of the starters to share and a couple of mains to compliment.
    Sashimi was fresh
Pork belly had the crackle on point
Soft shell was tasty with the lemon
    Lamb was cooked to perfection
Truffle pasta was my favourite! Very simple and not too overpowering from the truffle, just enough to make the simple pasta outstanding.
And dont forget the honeycomb dip to clean that palate!
Atmosphere was lovely, staff were really attentive and interactive.
Take your lover, friends and family here for a great fine dining experience!

Do yourself a favor and visit this gem. Must try the croquettes, the potato and the parfait. The only thing I can fault was the truffle pasta we had. It was too salty – maybe there was too much truffle infused with the sauce. Call me crazy but a milder truffle sauce would had been more enjoyable. The oysters were gorgeous too.

Came on a Sunday night for a date night. It was still busy despite being a grizzly Sunday evening.
We ordered the crab, cheese croquettes, and whipped feta entrees to share as well as ox cheek and the lamb rack for mains. The whipped feta was such a highlight, I could have eaten plates and plates by myself. The honeycomb on top adds so much and the dukkah was a great crunch. The croquettes were yum and super crispy, filled with a creamy cheese blend. The crab was alright, didn’t taste too much meat but the accompaniments were great.
For mains I enjoyed the ox cheek as it was rich and flavorful, maybe a tad heavy on the salt that night. My partner enjoyed the lamb and especially the sauce that came with it.
Would have loved to have dessert but we were so full, probably could have gone one less entree.
Overall though a good night with good atmosphere. Very attentive staff and the owner was a great guy.
