I was extremely excited last night when I decided I was going to enjoy some delicious frozen yogurt which I thoroughly enjoy from your shop. I taste tested one of your flavours and having been in a rush, I filled up the kids cup with a tiny bit of another flavour which I wasnt happy with. Considering it was only a tiny bit of yogurt and I wasnt happy with it I told the lady serving the testers at approximately 7:25pm, to which she bluntly and rudely replied, why would you fill it up if you didnt want it. Appalled and shocked by this disgusting customer service I responded saying that Im sorry but I dont like it. She stared at me with a very dirty look and grabbed the cup out of my hand and walked away. Never have I ever experienced this type of attitude in any shop or store I have gone too. There is a better way of handling customers. She couldve simply said oh thats okay dont worry, next time just make sure you ask me for testers so we dont waste any of the yogurt, still extremely angered by this experience I hope you sort out your staffs attitude.

Tutti Fruitti definetly can’t compete with the other two, especially yoghurtland.
Tutti Frutti flavours are lacking and quite flavourless. The toppings are odd and not too fitting for fro yo, too many large objects and selections.
Save yourself the heartache, if you are in Highpoint, go to Yoghurtland. Tutti Fruitti will need to significantly up their game if they are to be as quality as their counterparts.
The flavours are so nice and light. The popping jelly are so weird but nice. Always crave froyo in the summer because in my mind, it’s a little healthier than regular ice cream. But that’s not true. There are also many toppings to choose from.
It yummy. Great staff great dessert. Great variety fruits n yogurts. Love the dessert. Eat one or twice a week. Lychee n green teas very good.
Hold the frozen yogurt while I indulge in the toppings!!!! Yummmmmmmmmmm love the variety! Chocolate, fruit, lollies and Asian sweets!! Tad obsessed now lol
