Thought I would come here before my Kong flight ahead. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and my partner got a whopper meal. We waited 15 minutes for our meal with one person serving and one in the kitchen. After being here 2 months ago I thought I would give it a go again but no received the same bad service. Also their dining part is disgusting it doesn’t get cleaned luckily I had detol on me.
I ordered the Aussie Burger. Waiting time was like 15min after ordering. There was a period of time when there was no one getting the orders out to the customers. And finally one of the staff brought out 5 at one go, but it was to the point that there was at least 15 orders that have yet to have gone out.I finally got my burger, went and grab a seat at the outlet and proceeded to unwrap my burger. The burger was wrapped well, but the moment I unwrapped it, it pretty much fell apart. Like everything started sliding out of the burger. Could only imagine standing and eating this burger. I understand that there are many orders and they probably need to rush the orders, but the least I could get was a burger that didn’t have ingredients sliding out of it. It was disappointing. The eggs that were supposed to be in the burger were pretty much only 1-2 egg yolks, a little bit of egg white and no egg whites to be seen anywhere else in the burger. The taste was average and the beef patty was dry. Was mainly disappointed with the way the burger held itself. Very sloppy.

That time when you wanted a whopper with cheese and no onion, order a whopper with cheese and no onion, receipt says whopper and cheese with no onion but you get and whopper with cheese including onion. I thought at least my long wait time was due to the fact that they had to make a fresh whopper on account of no onions but it was just down to slack service apparently. Woeful Hungry Jacks.
