I was walking past Sixpence Pies in search of a quick meal before boarding a plane when I overhead a young woman singing the praises of Sixpence Pies and entreating her partner to try them. She was so convincing that I stopped as well. He and I both ordered beef pies. We then find out she is a vegetarian and has never tried any of the pies…
Fortunately for her – and for us – the pies were very nice and were filled solid with tender chunks of beef.
Next trip through Terminal 4 that I have time to sit down, I’d be interested to tuck into the Beef Pot Pie – it was large and looked good.
