Ordered an Iced Coffee and received a very average drink at an inflated price. When I queried the quality I was told thats how we make them here. It was that bad it was undrinkable.
Coffee is extremely average and far too hot which is not ideal before a flight.
Had a toasted sandwich it was ok.
Very expensive for the food & coffee but that is everywhere at the airport.
I received the worst customer service here! After waiting for ages and being ignored I told the staff people didnt mind waiting if they were acknowledged. Two which I was told if I didnt like it I could go somewhere else!!! Which I did! Got lovely coffee in the main food court area!
This place was ridiculous. Our drinks were warm, they couldn’t work the till, terrible service and we were waiting about 10 minutes just for our own order of two drinks and a bag of chips.
No apologies when we asked for ice for the drink, and yes we were polite.
This is a relatively new cafe and even though prices are inflated as always for anything at the airport the coffee here was pretty good. It certainly woke me up as I was at the airport at 6am!!
