It seems this place is the only option to get a coffee while waiting but the worst service I have ever seen. The two ladies in the counter taking the orders were extremely rude and doesnt seem to care how they approach/speak to the paying customers.
There was a delay with the card my brother used as payment and without any care or shame, they would comment to one another about how upset/angry they were getting because of this.
Ill make sure I drop by again to re-evaluate their service and attitude towards others. If not, its going to be a pleasure ensuring I make my point clear this time to get it through their heads.
I really need to plan my morning coffee at the airport better, rather than just stopping at whatever is on the way to the gate. The banana bread is ok but the coffee is abominable. Coffee on the plane would be a better choice.
Overpriced food, rude staff and terrible coffee as soon as you land in Melbourne from overseas. What more can you ask for! Not setting a good example at all!!!
$4.50 for a small Latte only to be handed down a watered down concoction of something that resembled dirty dish water. Service was just as bad as what ever I was handed.

Bacon & egg muffin good. Ham, cheese & tomato focaccia good too. Coffee undrinkable!! Scalding hot & horrible soy milk in use. Get bonsoy people.
Came here before my work flight, service was not great as it took a while for someone to actually come to the counter to serve, also once your coffee is made, you have to add the sugar etc and even close it with a lid and the self serve station which is kind of odd.
The sandwiches tasted relatively fresh and quite filling although they also had the ‘airport tax’ premium added to the price
