Not sure about the negative review, but I am very pleased about this place. The staff today was very very nice, the female and the male staff are friendly and knowledgable and definitely can communicate in English. Maybe they listened to the comment and improve!Ordered the dragon fruit mango shake, brulee milk tea and signature milk tea. The dragon fruit was the highlight and was presented in a very cute and efficient container, it is ready to go (closed lid) and ready to drink (open lid).Hope they remain consistant and I will definitely visit again!Drinks : 4* minus the golden pearls in the drink which the texture were hard, I love chewy pearls but this got more of a snap to the teeth feeling (similar to al dante feeling) than bouncy chewy pearl feeling.Staff 4.8*

The pearl milk tea was below average compared to other stores. There was an obvious powdery taste. The brown sugar pearl milk was just ok, but the brown sugar was quite nice, but a bit sweet. The pearls were nice and QQ.

Pearls were hard and chewy, very disappointing!

Tried this new bubble tea place and I quite like it. The dragon fruit mango drink is so nice! It is very sweet I agree might change the sugar level if I could but I have never had something like this before. The brown sugar bubble milk tea is ok, not the best I have had but not bad either..
