One of my favourite places to eat in Melbourne. Delicious food which is always fresh and beautifully presented, great atmosphere in lovely surroundings. Excellent service from John and his team. As another reviewer has stated, reservation is a must so book in advance.

Were seated inside which added to atmosphere as food is cooked in open busy kitchen. We had a lamb dish and goat dish both were really nice particularly the goat! Friendly and helpful service. Would go back to taste other dishes on the menu.
Beautiful food – the calamari and prawn dumplings with caper sauce was amazing. Wish we had room for the desserts. Even meal was delicious. Hardware Lane with the outdoor seating feels very European!Service was great and pricing was good value.
