Tried the Veg-ing wrap. Though it was pretty tasty, it didn’t exactly meet my expectations, because the filling was pretty scanty. It was like a crepe with egg, mushrooms, pickled carrots, and salad.

Interesting new concept here. A bit of a Chinese kebab this place with Chinese pancakes & fillings. I did enjoy the wrap however was left a tad unsatisfied as its not incredibly filling (for lunch anyway). I would return however not for lunch but more of a snack.

Modern version of Chinese pancakes. Love the Peking Duck pancakes the most as it modernizes the traditional pancakes in a larger size. Loved it when eggy thin layer of pancakes meet the meatiness from the duck layered with sweet hoisin sauce. The original Hey Bing Boy also tasted pretty good with the dried pork floss.

I was impressed with the speedy service here given it was fairly busy. Freshly made crepes are the most perfect snack inbetween meals. Well priced

Emporium foodcourt. Seems like they’ve struck a lot of things off the menu but haven’t bothered to reprint it. Has some dedicated seating next to the stall.
Nice that the wrap is made fresh. Would have been nicer is it was cooked a bit longer, to get a bit more colour on it. Sauce instead ok but not enough through the whole wrap.

In need of a quick meal before the footy yesterday and with my usual spot in the epic food court that is Emporium being closed I opted for a Bing Boy. I’ve had them more than a couple of time now and I find them absolutely delicious. Made to order which ensures freshness unlike most food court options and healthier than most other take away choices. They are very consistent across the chains too. Frankly I’m surprised at the bad reviews. They often have free samples sitting on the counter, which is basically a dream come true for me. Try the Terriya King. It’s light and lovely combination of chicken and avocado with teriyaki sauce. They also have dessert bings which I am yet to sample but sound fantastic
