I had the peking duck bing. It was a wrap filled with peking duck, cucumber, pickled carrot, salad and hoisin sauce. First thing I noticed was the wrap was a little thick and doughy. The peking duck was a little dry and there was too little filling in the wrap. The veggies were nice but the hoisin sauce was sweet and there was too much of it so it overpowered any other taste of the wrap. A good idea that needs some refinement.
A cheap but tasty lunch option in the emporium. egg crepe wraps made to order. All sorts of fillings available. I just get the basic hey bing boy, for $6.90 you can’t go wrong. Its hard to get any decent lunch under $10 in the city and you can see them make it front of you.
