The two baristas were very nice. However when I asked the waitress for some forks for me and my friends I was met with a cold look, no eye contact, no acknowledgement at all. She came back with the forks and didn’t smile at all after I thanked her. The food is great but the atmosphere was ruined a bit by that waitress’ service.

The bronughts were decent; with the white chocolate being the stand out of the ones selected; the matcha option was average; whilst the coffee almond selection definitely disappointed me. The Korean fried chicken brioche roll with ranch sauce however I thought was good lunchtime eating. The service here I felt was very good, hence why I have bumped up the rating from a 3-4. I need to come here again to gain a clearer picture, but you could do worse than go here, whilst perhaps gain advice on best pastries to select.

Rude staff that made the whole experience bad. You ask for the food heated or toasted, they do a half assed job. I have been here 3 times and same experience. My colleagues at work said the same thing. They also commented their coffees were cold. Don’t waste your money here.

3.5/5I called in here to grab a take away coffee. The service was ok.My strong skinny latte was nice and reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places There is a reasonable selection of pastries and whole loaves of bread here too.I’ve eaten some of the pastries and sandwiches before which were good but I didn’t try any on this visit.
