I had the Kimchi and spicy pork quesadilla from their truck. Consisting of tortilla, buttered Kim chi , caramelised onion, smoked arbol chilli, jack cheese, salsa verde, toasted sesame.
This is a fine example of Korean-Mexican fusion. The quesa was giving me all the feels it was crazy good.
This little joint came through a food truck in Doncaster! Really liked the kimchi Pork burrito it had great flavour and veg in it! Unfortunately that’s all I tried so can’t really get a proper indication of the place as a whole. But for food truck food it was pretty nice 🙂

The foodtruck was at the Carribean market. Big portioned and loaded with topping but not worth it. The fries looked crispy but were cold like they’d been sitting there for a while. The kimchi was overly fermented and soggy that it lacked taste. Should have tried the quesadilla instead
Had the beef burrito tonight at the Bendigo moonlight market and it was the best burrito I’ve ever had! I’m scared to try new things but it was amazing
Stumbled across these guys at the Hank Marvin markets (St Kilda) last week and the sound of Korean Bbq/Mexican sounds like an odd combination but don’t be fooled!!! The flavours of Korean together with Mexican traditional dishes blew me away! Had the chicken tacos and kimchi quesadillas which were fresh, flavoursome and creative!! Until we meet again…
A roving food fan you’ll find joy wherever these guys park. We found these guys at the Chinese New Year Southbank market and enjoyed their amazing tofu tacos and Kimchi Quesadillas. In fact the Quesadillas were so good, we hadn’t even finished the first lot when we ordered another!
Well priced, tasty, friendly service and, a food van that looks like a stainless-steel space ship on the inside!
From the branding the van looks like a franchise of a Californian Korean BBQ food-van concept? My disappointed about a franchise was quickly overturned by the honest and genuine passion from the owner and team. This is a real food-passion project!
I hope Cali.Ko we cross paths again!
