Quite a poor visit - high prices, poor service and poor management. The venue used to pizzas and great quality food. Where has it all gone?…

Very poor experience , don’t feel like the staff trying help to resolve the issue. I really not enjoy the time in the venue given very bad experience. Not point for us to come to this venue again.
Great coffee, best chocolate flourless muffin EVER. service was terrific and was offered to be escorted to sit out back overlooking river but chose to sit out front to people watch. Must go back there!
Ordered a beef, bacon and cheese hamburger. Sausage meat patty dripping with fat is a poor and tastless hamburger. Yuk.
