Happy to see a Japanese bakery finally open in Australia, offering the Yakisoba bread which I’ve seen so often in anime. As for flavour, it’s just yakisoba in a fluffy roll. My favourite though is the egg sandwich, the egg patty is actually on the sweet side and tastes like the chinese egg tart. I rate this experience: 3/5

I went there for lunch and ordered yakisoba pancake and curry beef bun. The yakisoba pancake was dry, very thick and floury. Although it has good flavour, the texture was hard, the food was cold, it’s like eating fried dry dough. I took a bite and couldn’t finish it.The curry beef bun also has good flavour, but just like any other fried food, it can’t sit on the display for too long, as the food became hard, chewy and oily. I was so long forward to Coppe Pan and I was so disappointed with these purchase. I literally took a bite of each item and threw them away. What a waste of $ 12 I definitely won’t go back again. Perhaps they should put a timing on the items that has been display so they can sell them while they’re still fresh and warm.

So I ordered the custom agepan bread with matcha cream on the inside and godd it was the perfect four o’clock pick me up. Perfectly crunchy and sweet on the outside and just the perfect balance of matcha in the cream in the inside, I would definitely recommend this.

Great sausage bun and mochi bun.Awesome find for cheaper Japanese sandwiches. Tried the katsu sandwich. Nice and juicy. Also tried the Japanese donut (Agepan) bread with sweet fillings. Overall highly recommended.
