At Davids Spicy Pot, you can enjoy more including Sichuan Mao Cai (either in spicy or non-spicy) as well as quite a few authentic Sichuan street foods. In order to bring you the most authentic Sichuan flavour, we prepare the Mao Cai soup base by adopting a traditional Sichuan technique from Tianfu area in Chengdu, and using over 10 Chinese herbs boiled in bone broth.
