Our inspiration for Dip In has come from far and wide. We packed our bags and left home looking for flavour, spice and adventure - but made sure we took along our special family recipes for the journey. As two best friends, starting a cafe together feels like a very natural thing to do. We share a lot - we come from families where food is important, we've both travelled the world, and most importantly, we share a love of Melbourne - and we feel honoured to be adding to the cuisine of this city. The city has provided the perfect backdrop for our cultural culinary fusion - just like Melbourne, Dip In offers a little taste of everything.
