Broth was bland, lacking flavour. Customer service is very average. I would rather eat canned pho.the bean sprouts were not cooked, I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. It was a garnish on the side. So they had that bitter taste.Crispy chicken was ok as a side but it was a very small portion for the cost.
The pho is amazing! Lots of flavor!
Disappointed. I had pho at their old restaurant and recalled it being flavoursome. Tired and hungry after a late class, I ultimately decided to come here in spite of the negative reviews. I ordered Pho Ga (chicken soup), and it arrived within a minute. Big dish for only 11.50, I was feeling a little uplifted.Flavourless and oily. The dish was hot, and chicken was tender, but the soup was bland. Not savoury at all. I tried to find some sriracha to make up for it, but they only had Hoisin and something else- they also infuritatingly don’t put labels on the sauce, so you have no idea what it is. Obviously you can sniff it, but as it’s something other customers use, I think that’s impolite to shove it under your nose. The amount of oil upset my stomach, and I was incredibly thirsty for the next hour.My 2 stars go for the tender chicken, and the friendly waiter, but nothing else.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had the beef pho and my wife had bun bo hue noodle soup. Both were disastrous and was no where near authentic which they claim to be. The soups lack in flavour and freshness and way too oily. Tasted like yesterday’s leftovers!!! Yuck! Save yourself the $$$ regardless how cheap this place is. I would happily spend extra $$ for much better quality meals. Only plus side were the friendly staff and location, hence the 1 star. Would NOT return.
