PM24, Philippe Mouchel at 24 Russell Street is a one of a kind modern French Bistro and Rotisserie. With its fresh, contemporary take on French cuisine, and modern warehouse setting with lofty ceilings, the venue is both inviting and energised.With a strong focus on ethically sourced and organic local ingredients, PM24's fare is true to Philippe's Normandy heritage but in a healthier, less fussy way for contemporary palates. At the heart of the open plan kitchen is our piece de resistance, a bright red rotisserie drawing out flavour from seasonal meats and vegetables. For the ultimate way to experience Philippe's cuisine, we recommend guests dine from our six course degustation menu. The procession of six individually plated dishes will take guests on a journey through Philippes French heritage and highlight the time he spent in Japan. Our sommelier can also devise a wine match to complement each course. The versatile space seats a maximum of 120 guests, or can accommodate up to 180 guests for a stand up cocktail party. A Private Dining Room, seating up to 35 guests is also available.
