I got a coffee from here today and lets just say for a place that prides themselves on specialising in coffee, it did not meet my expectations at all. For starters, it cost me $5.50 for a SMALL almond milk cappuccino. Yes, SMALL. I am more than happy to spend money on a good coffee but this is just way too overpriced for a small coffee. When I got my coffee, I took a sip and it was terrible, bitter and unpleasant. For some reason my coffee had froth on the top, and then once you went past the froth it was literally black coffee. Disgusting. I literally had to throw it out after a few sips because it was terrible. I had to wait 15 mins for my coffee to be ready, so it was really disappointing having to wait for a terrible coffee. I wont be back here anytime soon.
This is one of my favourite cafes to do work. Situated in the middle of busy CBD, yet it provides me the calm to focus and work on a weekend. The staff look understanding too as clearly Im not the only one.
